03.09.09 - Jet2.com launches four new routes from the Canary Islands starting in May 2010
Jet2.com's new East Midlands site, opened in August 2009, is being introduced as a destination from Lanzarote and Tenerife. The airline is also creating flights from Gran Canaria to Newcastle and Manchester, generating opportunities for both regions.
The expansion of Jet2.com in Spain and the Canary Islands is very significant. With the launch of these new routes, the destinations they offer from the Canary Islands now total 12 and from Spain, 43. Jet2.com also now flies from 11 Spanish airports.
